What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, property community, and details you provide through our enquiry form, by phone, or by email.
• Technical information: the hosting service may process connection and device information to deliver and secure the website. Our embedded enquiry form is provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector, which processes form submissions and technical information to operate the form. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, and clicks on our phone links. Google processes usage, browser and device information for analytics. A phone-link click does not tell us whether a call was completed. We do not send enquiry form fields to Google Analytics through our website tracking code.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange assessments and testing, and provide quotes.
• To pass your contact details and job information to the independent contractor who will assess or perform the work in your area. This is the core of how the service works — if you contact us, you should expect a contractor to contact you.
• To follow up by phone, text or email about your enquiry.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you choose to consent to text messages on our form, your consent applies as described beside that checkbox. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to marketing texts.

Who we share it with

• The independent contractor(s) engaged to assess or perform work at your property.
• Service providers that run our website, forms, phone system, CRM and email (for example, our CRM and call-tracking platform), who process data on our behalf.
• Anyone we're legally required to share it with.

Cookies

The hosting service and embedded HighLevel / LeadConnector form may use cookies or similar technologies for access, security, form functionality, and consent preferences. Google Analytics also uses cookies to measure website usage. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect form functionality. Retention and security

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@northernabatementpros.ca. You can opt out of texts (STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time.
